Mike Muhney
Known as one of the "Godfathers of CRM," Mike Muhney is a tech entrepreneur and keynote speaker best known as the co-inventor of ACT!, the pioneering software that created the contact management category and catalyzed the global CRM industry. Over a 40-year career, Muhney has championed the philosophy of human connection, arguing that technology should strengthen real relationships rather than just track sales pipelines. He previously served as the CEO of VIPorbit Software and spent seven years as an Executive-in-Residence at the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois.
